1988—today

Sam Yip took over the family shop in 2005, renaming it Saigon Vietnamese Sandwich Deli. Sam put his heart and soul into sharing a part of Vietnamese culture with NYC by creating delicious and affordable freshly made banh mi. After decades of dedication and hard work, Sam's decided it's time to relax and has handed over keys to Eric Lee. Eric has been part of the Chinatown community for years, working as the manager of DimSumGoGo, where he [something about community lorem ipseum sed amet dolores].
